We're looking to hire motivated, coachable people to join our sales floor and start their career at Audi Greenville NC - whether you've sold cars for years or you've never sold anything but yourself in a job interview. What You'll Do

• Guide customers through the vehicle buying process, from first hello to handing them the keys
• Build a real book of business through follow-up, referrals, and repeat customers
• Learn our inventory, financing options, and trade-in process inside and out.
• Work as part of a team that wins and grows together - no cutthroat, steal-the-deal culture here

What We're Looking For

• A strong work ethic and a genuine desire to help people, not just sell them something
• Comfort with technology (CRM, texting, basic digital tools)
• A valid driver's license and clean-enough driving record
• Weekend availability - this is a floor job, and weekends are prime time
• No sales experience required. We'll train the right person. Prior sales, retail, hospitality, or military experience is a plus but not a must.
